It’s become a thing on the internet to put out a list of your favorite seven games. As I was listening to this particular episode, I decided it was time to put up my list.
As a rule, I’ve decided that I cannot list series, which means each franchise gets a favorite pick.
The core list

- The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion
- StarCraft II
- Fire Emblem: Awakening
- Assassin’s Creed II
- Deus Ex: Human Revolution
- Dragon Age: Origins
Obviously, other games by the same publisher are also solid picks. Skyrim is a great pick, Fire Emblem Fates is a great pick, the Assassin’s Creed games are great, the Dragon Age games are fun, and so on. Among some of the other more memorable games, I’d list the following:

A special honorable mention goes to Urban Assault, one of the games I enjoyed so much during my childhood. I think it is likely that The Witcher 3 enters the list once I play it.
