Playing the collection of games

January 04, 2013 1 minute read

🕰 Feeling nostalgic? This is a post from 2013, which means I was still a student during this time. Most of my posts from this timeframe are related to school or the fiction I was writing. These might not mean much to you.

I love the Mass Effect series, and I love a bunch of other games. But since playing the Mass Effect series, nothing quite comes close to my love for the franchise. I own a pretty stalwart collection of games on Steam, but I haven’t played a bunch of them yet. However, I am replaying Mass Effect 1 for the millionth time over again. That’s the replayability and the likability factor working together. I also got a few new games lately, like Far Cry 3, which I like. There’s the deal. You need to play all those games. But not in the same way as your favourite games. Some games I’ll play just five minutes and put them down, and other’s will last for hundreds of hours. And you know what? I’m okay with that, especially if I was able to pick them up at a good price. Much appreciated, Steam. I do like to get my money’s worth out of those 50 EUR titles, though. If I pick up a game for 5 EUR, that’s a whole different story.
